A couple of big heads at Doddington Hall – and I’m not talking about us or our visitors… Just a couple of the two hundred or so exhibits in the gardens and outbuildings that make up the Sculpture Exhibition. The photo shows the more formal area; out in the gardens, the sculptures ambush you from behind bushes or compete with the equally sculptural trees.
It’s been a good year for fruit. A little while back be we went gooseberry picking at the allotment of friends in Barton:
