This is a backdrop painted by a couple of the younger employees at The Ropewalk. Makes me want to write a scene from a play to go with it.  Here’s another seasonal snap, a Christmas Tree made out of plastic bottles – part of the Methodist Chapel’s annual tree festival. Ours (Better Barrow) was very traditional in comparison! Yes, I know it’s sideways but WordPress editor won’t let me rotate it at the moment…
