Well, many a glass was raised over the festive fortnight, though perhaps not as many as in younger days.  A whole Saturnalia without a hangover!  What is happening?  Good to see so many friends and relatives. Now, thanks to Dilys and John for the wine tokens, we can restock the wine rack.

The next excitement will be the opening of Harrison’s Garden at the Ropewalk Gallery on Saturday week. On Friday we carried in over 2,000 clocks from the van delivering them from Penrhyn Castle to the gallery space and on this coming Thursday artist Luke Jerram will be arranging them into a ticking and tocking ‘garden’.
