In spite of very variable weather – sun, wind, rain – we did get to visit lots of gardens here in Cornwall, and there are plenty to choose from. We chose Godolphin, Tregwainton, Trelissick, Lanhydrock and a little gem: Bonython. On the way back we also managed to visit the RHS garden at Rosemoor, another delight for which the sun shone! We had to have a look at St Ives and Land’s End, of course, and later, Boscastle and Tintagel. Here’s a peep into the Barbara Hepworth sculpture garden, one of the highlights of the trip.
